Founded in 2010, Bookmyplace (BMP) by Thyme Property has been operational for more than a decade, proudly establishing itself as a real estate agency that flourishes organically through referral networks. Our central focus lies in property management, with a particular emphasis on rooming accommodation. In addition, we proficiently oversee general residential tenancies and have diversified our offerings to include residential sales. We are actively engaged in supporting clients with development projects, serving as their Buyer’s Agent.

I have move out recently from one of the houses which belongs to BookMyPlace. My friends and I were stayed there for the last 2 years. I drove a long distance to attend the inspection, only to find that no one from the agency was there. To make matters worse, the agent was unresponsive to calls. This was a complete waste of my time. Poor communication —would not recommend dealing with this agency.

It’s unreasonable to expect someone to check their emails and confirm an inspection at that time, especially when my original booking confirmation already implied that my attendance was confirmed. If confirmation was truly necessary, a phone call or text message would have been a much more practical approach.

The accommodation was good. No dramas during my tenancy. Using apps for rent has made the process easier and saving time.
The support provided by the real estate agents to tenants is minimal. Once you sign the contract, you never hear from them again. In general, you end up facing housemates who are completely dirty, with filthy bathrooms and kitchens where you can’t even cook. Really think about whether you want to live in those conditions. Don’t do business with this company.
I think they provide a terrible and very poor service. They are only focused on collecting rent every week and not on the needs of the tenants. They should pay more attention to the agents, as they don’t provide good service. In the areas around Indooroopilly, they have several houses, and all of them are in the same dirty condition.
I had a great experience with them, because of the close contact and quicker responding or sorting out any issue that I had during my staying.

As an international student who is in the first time looking for accommodation, I feel fortunate to have found this agency. They were really professional and responsive in terms of answering and providing detail information. I also found it easy to do the leasing process. I was assisted by one of the admin teams named Karen, who were very helpful to guide me the whole process.
After a month staying i this place everything is very convenient it is near to bus stop, kitchen is clean and easy to use, generous bedroom space and bathroom and even a washing machine provided. 10/10 would recommend
I come from France and I really have a great experience with Bookmyplace as it was really easy to book the room in the shared house. Moreover, it's really cheap and the shared house is all equipped without having to pay extra fees for charges. Jade is also responding quickly to our messages which is really convenient. The best company to trust. I am a student who has recently moved to Australia and needed a flat to sleep in. We visited different houses and flats but none of them convinced us of the quality they offered. The house where I live is perfectly furnished, freshly painted, perfect state of furniture... Karen has been responsible for showing you the house. When she gave us the keys, we talked to her for a while and she gave us the peace of mind we needed. It was just a few words, but in a moment of personal experience, she told us the right words. We appreciate her help.
